New Road Safety Measures for London

The Direct Vision Standard (DVS) scheme, which went live this week requires vehicles over 12 ton to have safety permits to drive in and around London, and as such, they must be fitted with a progressive safety system. This system adds an extra layer of protection for both the public and drivers, alerting them to potential hazards that may be in their blind spots.

 

Dedicated to staying ahead of the curve, we’ve been working towards ensuring we are compliant with the new regulations since July, and our entire fleet is now fully equipped with Progressive Safety Systems!

 

Keeping our fleet compliant with the DVS scheme requirements is of the upmost importance to us; in addition to the new safety measures, we are FORS Silver certified, and our vehicles are fitted with lifting equipment to ensures swift and safe unloading upon delivery. This allows us to continue our nationwide delivery services with minimal disruption.
