History

In 1957, Cino Cini founded AEC Illuminazione with a mission to provide lighting and equipment for the commercial sector. From these humble beginnings, the company has continued to grow and has now become one of the biggest global players in exterior lighting.

 

Present

Spanning over 44 countries worldwide, AEC holds an impressive project portfolio which includes cities such as London, Milan, Berlin, and Singapore. Today, AEC have a strong focus on four key principles – technology, research, innovation and design. Across 2022 and 2023, the company invested over €30 Million, which demonstrates how devoted they are to continuous improvement.

 

All AEC products are 100% Made in Italy at their Headquarters. They have many facilities on-site including an Innovation Technological Centre, accredited laboratories featuring Anechoic Chambers, Ulbricht Spheres, EMC Chambers and more. This ensures their products are of the best possible quality and can adhere to worldwide regulations.

 

Future
