14 years
Have you ever had a different role within Kingfisher Lighting?
Yes, I started in the Sales Team and worked as an Account Manager on the South East for 6 years before having my two beautiful daughters and returning part time. I eventually took the leap into management, and I’ve never looked back.
What does your job role entail?
My daily role involves looking at reports, stock levels, upselling opportunities, supporting and guiding the team with quotations, visit schedules and trade shows. However, I also work with our high-profile national accounts and get involved with managing rebates, specialist prices and have many meetings with Regional Directors, Regional Commercial Managers and Area Managers for some of the larger wholesaler groups.

I would say the wonderful people and personalities at Kingfisher are what make every day enjoyable. It is an absolute pleasure to be a part of such a well-connected team.

I am unique especially when it comes to my food, and I love toast on beans, not beans on toast and I have ketchup with every meal.
