What is What 3 Words?

Born from a need to quickly locate people in emergency situations, find remote areas and to alleviate the stress surrounding navigation and deliveries, What 3 Words developers divided the world map into simple 3m x 3m squares, and assigned three unique words to each. This allows the user to quickly communicate their precise position to invested parties i.e. our delivery team!

How we use What 3 Words
Customers can use the app to identify the 3-word combination and share it with our team. Our drivers will then use this as reference when navigating to the delivery site. This means that deliveries are made in a timely manner that sticks to schedule.

 

We also keep up to date with the latest versions of the app and ensure that drivers receive up-to-date training where needed to ensure that our service continues to run smoothly.
