Kingfisher’s Work
Kingfisher Lighting has been working hard to reduce our impact on the environment. From introducing circular methods, increasing our product range to include single spectrum for plants and wildlife to reducing our single-use plastics throughout the range.
Circular Methods
Circularity is becoming more and more prevalent in these times, therefore we have introduced circular manufacturing methods across our product range. Designed to the ethos of ‘reduce, reuse and recycle’, these products also feature TM65 reports to show the emissions produced throughout the product’s lifespan.
Lighting Design
Our expert lighting design teams create smart, sustainable schemes that boast performance whilst adhering to the relevant standard and guidance. We have many years of experience working in areas with high concerns for light pollution, DarkSky requirements and a need to consider eco-centricity.
We have produced an innovative collection of products including DarkSky friendly luminaires and single spectrum products to boast performance with minimal impact.
Sustainability
We have been working hard to improve our practises and sustainability throughout our business. We have reduced an average of up to 95% of single-use plastics across our products. Additionally, we are Euro 6 Compliant ensuring we have reduced emissions and can travel safely to many sites.
